2. Products and Services

ResumeKit sells digital products consisting of Google Apps Script files that generate resume and cover letter templates in Google Docs. Products are delivered digitally through Gumroad.

3. License

• Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license to use the templates for personal or professional job-seeking purposes.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the template script files with others.
• You may use the generated resume and cover letter documents for any personal or professional purpose, including sharing them with potential employers.

4. Payment

All payments are processed through Gumroad. Prices are listed in USD. By purchasing, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service and payment processing policies.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@wellerdeveler.com within 30 days for a full refund.

6. Digital Product Delivery

Products are delivered instantly after purchase via Gumroad download. Because these are digital products, delivery is considered complete when the download link is made available to you.

7. Disclaimer

• ResumeKit provides resume templates, not career advice or job placement services.
• We do not guarantee that using our templates will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.
• Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• ATS compatibility may vary across different applicant tracking systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellerDeveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All template designs, code, and content on this website are the intellectual property of WellerDeveler. The purchase of a template grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying code or design.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
